Where are we now?
Our initial goal was to combine the Spirit committee and CARES/PBIS
Where is our Spirit?
Maryann suggested that we have a yearlong theme that connects the three grade levels with a common goal: something that connects the classroom, the UA team, and the theme.
Our plan for the year hasn’t come into fruition, but we can work to plan the next few months and then set a solid goal/plan for next year.
Please talk to your team about the following questions: How do you want to improve communication? How do you want to see UA integrated? What is an essential question/theme that could be carried across the year?
